Shane Lynam is a photographer based in Dublin. In September 2024 he debuted his latest project, Pebbledash Wonderland, at Photo Museum Ireland. This exhibition marked the culmination of a two-year ‘Exhibition Development Residency’ at the museum. His first book, Fifty High Seasons, was published in September 2018. Shane is represented by Galerie Bertrand Grimont in Paris. In addition to his personal projects, he works as an assistant lecturer at TU Dublin and Griffith College Dublin. His work is a sustained exploration of the multi-layered ways the built environment shapes the lived experience of those who dwell there.
